Protect yourself and others from COVID-19.

AIGA is honored to gather its community in person this year, and we want to deliver the safest possible experience for our guests.

As thousands of new cases of COVID-19 are still being reported every day, we are instituting the following guidelines at the 2022 AIGA Design Conference.

Masks are strongly recommended on-site.

We highly recommend wearing a mask at the 2022 AIGA Design Conference, particularly in closed indoor sessions. However, masks are not required indoors, per Seattle and King County guidelines.

We also require an affirmed statement for a negative COVID-19 test at check-in.

At the 2022 AIGA Design Conference, all attendees will be required to make a statement confirming that they received a negative result on a COVID-19 test within 48 hours of check-in.

The test can be an administered rapid test or an at-home test. AIGA will not be asking for evidence of the test itself.

Check your emails and AIGA Community for updates.

AIGA will communicate any updates to these requirements as they happen, so be sure to mark AIGA as “not spam” and turn on your notifications for AIGA Community to get the latest.

Read the full in-person conference FAQ on the official AIGA website.
